OP3 Global was given the prestigious task of designing and fabricating an empty shell of a space into a chalet that was fit to welcome and host VIP’s from across the globe. The space itself imposed many challenges in regards to space as it was not sufficient for accommodate all of the client’s needs. OP3 known for its creativity overcame these challenges by utilizing cost effective structural changes that finally made it exactly what the Client needed. In addition to the above mentioned task, we also handled all branding elements, catering, hostesses, logistics and IT Services. We are proud to have been part of this job and even more pleased to have delivered it seamlessly.
OP3 Design LLC was given the opportunity by the Singapore Consulate of Dubai to organize and host the Singapore Food Carnival at Burj Plaza to promote and create awareness of Singaporean culture and their scrumptious cuisine. Op3 set up stalls of various Singaporean restaurants, a play zone for kids and an entertainment zone where the Singaporean emcee, jugglers and unicyclists entertained the audience. The event saw a footfall of at least 6000 Singaporeans and various other nationalities.
We were proud to have been part of the first ever Sharjah Elections that was held at the Qasimia University in Sharjah. The event being the first of its kind needed a great deal of importance put into the design aspect of the stage. Sharjah Government and Media group entrusted us in full faith to overlook the entire setup right from branding to wood works and AV 3 days prior to the event. The final result was a seamless delivery of the event with OP3 coordinating the live telecast of the entire election counting along with Sharjah Media.
OP3 Design LLC designed and created an interactive and eye-catching activation booth for Shedd at the Dubai World Cup 2016 in Meydan. The booth had an iPhone shaped structure playing videos of the App and a photo booth experience for all those in attendance at the World Cup. The aim of this booth was not only to create awareness of the app but to also create a brand experience by providing everyone a memory to take back home.
